Rover Systems Human Body Detection and Dual Light are its main Technology offering now. Human Body Detection is an artificial intelligence feature that senses motion from human bodies only. The advantage of having this AI feature is, the system only records alarms triggered by human detection. This results in decreased storage and bandwidth consumption, making recording time longer and reduces false alarm. In addition, the cameras have a Dual Light System, one IR and the other a White light. The White Light turns on when human bodies are detected to warn potential intruders.

Research and Development Team

We are mainly responsible for product development. This includes evaluation, testing, and inspection of products making sure that it complies with industry standards and specifications. We also ensure that  functionality meets our customers needs and requirement. We are also focused on providing technical support to both our customers and our internal personnel.  We believe that our efforts to continuously educate our customers and industry professional contributes in the advancement of our society.  Our Team's main objective is to continuously introduce innovative products to the market.    
Project Implementation Team

Our team is composed of competent Project Managers who plans and manage resources for our long and short term projects. Our in house Project Coordinator serves as the go between of our customers and Project Managers to immediately address project needs.  We also deploy on site Project Engineers that supervise works on site, ensuring the project timelines are met.  Our well skilled Electricians and Technicians are responsible for cabling, conduiting, termination, testing and commissioning of devices.
Technical Customer Support Group

Our team is composed of highly skilled and trained personnel responsible for providing phone support and  on site repair services. Our helpdesk personnel provides the 1st level of support to customers by assessing the situation and providing basic troubleshooting guides over the phone. If we are unable to resolve the matter remotely, our field technicians will respond and visit the customer site to do the repair. All activities performed  will be documented and explained to the customer. When necessary our team may conduct  re-training as part of our extended support. Our regular operating hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Customers who avail of our Preventive Maintenance Program may get a 24/7 support.
